These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") govern the use of the 388wan platform, including all products, services, features, games, betting markets and content made available through the website at 388wan.cam and any associated mobile applications or interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

The Platform is operated by 388wan (hereinafter "388wan", "we", "us" or "the Operator"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform, you (the "User", "Player" or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

The following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them throughout this Agreement:

To register and maintain an active Account on 388wan, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, at the time of registration and at all subsequent times.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party when registering or using the Platform.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, agent or immediate family member of an employee of 388wan or any associated company.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform by 388wan.
• You must have the legal capacity under applicable law to enter into binding agreements.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion or problem gambling register that prohibits your participation.

4.1 Registration Requirements

When creating an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You agree to keep this information updated and to notify 388wan promptly of any material changes.

4.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active Account on 388wan at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods or identities — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances, including accrued Bonus Funds.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 388wan will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to protect your credentials. You should enable two-factor authentication where available and notify support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting 388wan's support team. Upon closing your Account, any real-money balance that has satisfied all applicable verification and withdrawal conditions will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

All deposits on 388wan are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• You must only deposit funds that you own and are legally entitled to use for this purpose.
• Deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per account, as published in the Platform's payment section.
• 388wan does not accept deposits from minors under any circumstances.
• Payment method availability — including mobile wallets and bank transfers — is subject to operator and provider rules. Familiar Pakistani payment references (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) are offered as recognisable local context only; actual availability must be confirmed at the time of transaction.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT) may be available subject to separate terms and availability.
• 388wan is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks or mobile wallet providers.

6.1 General Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC/AML verification. 388wan reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including government-issued identity documents, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

6.2 Processing Times

Processing times vary by payment method, verification status and applicable compliance reviews. 388wan does not guarantee same-day or instant withdrawal processing. Indicative timeframes are provided in the Platform's payment information section and are subject to change without notice. Bank clearing timelines are outside 388wan's direct control.

6.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, for AML compliance purposes.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction as specified in the Platform.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.
• 388wan reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse or other prohibited conduct.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined.

All bonus offers, promotional credits, free bets, free spins and incentive programmes are subject to individual offer terms that are published at the time of each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers on 388wan:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific offer terms and are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x).
• Maximum Bet Rule: While Bonus Funds are active, a maximum bet limit applies per stake. Placing bets above this limit during an active bonus may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Casino slots may contribute 100%, while live casino and table games typically contribute a lower percentage. Specific rates are published with each offer.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonus offers have an expiry period. Unmet wagering requirements at the time of expiry result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• One Bonus Per Household: In general, only one player per household or shared IP address may claim a specific promotional offer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: 388wan actively monitors for bonus abuse, including multiple account usage, systematic low-risk play to extract bonus value, and other exploitative patterns. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have bonuses voided and accounts closed.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonus offers impose a maximum cash-out cap on winnings derived from Bonus Funds. This cap is stated in individual offer terms. Always check the maximum cash-out limit before claiming an offer.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on 388wan are subject to acceptance by the Operator. 388wan reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without being required to provide a reason. Bets are binding once confirmed by the system.

8.2 Errors and Technical Faults

In the event of a technical error, systems failure or manifest error in odds display, 388wan reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Payouts made on the basis of a manifest error may be reclaimed. 388wan will not be liable for losses arising from system outages or technical failures.

8.3 Cricket, PSL and Sports Markets

Cricket betting markets — including PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals and bilateral series — are governed by sport-specific betting rules published in the Platform's sportsbook section. 388wan has no official partnership or affiliation with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), International Cricket Council (ICC) or any cricket team.

8.4 Suspicious Activity

Bets suspected to be associated with match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider information or any other form of sports integrity violation may be voided and the matter referred to the relevant authorities. Participation in any form of sports manipulation is a criminal offence and a material breach of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under the minimum eligible age or are located in a restricted jurisdiction.
• Creating or using more than one Account, whether in your own name or under another person's identity.
• Providing false, misleading or inaccurate registration information.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraudulent, or other criminal purpose.
• Colluding with other players or operating a syndicate to exploit odds, bonuses or any other Platform feature.
• Using automated bots, scripts or other software to interact with the Platform without express written authorisation from 388wan.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, interfere with or damage the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Abusing the bonus and promotions system in any way, including through the use of multiple accounts or systematic exploitation of offer terms.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds through third-party payment accounts that are not registered in your own name.
• Selling, transferring or assigning your Account or any funds held therein to any third party.

388wan is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. All players are encouraged to use the responsible gambling tools available on the Platform, which include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications or automatic log-out after a defined play session.
• Reality Checks: Periodic reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during a session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a short break from the Platform without full self-exclusion.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period or permanently.

This data is used for account management, KYC/AML compliance, fraud prevention and service improvement. 388wan does not sell your personal data to third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 388wan and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of data, loss of profits or financial losses resulting from technical failures, system outages or third-party service interruptions.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics or game outcome information.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banks or mobile wallet operators.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 388wan makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of technical defects. Gambling outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or by real-time sporting events, over which 388wan has no control.

388wan reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their Account, or through a prominent notice on the Platform, prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 388wan holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and 388wan, you agree to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures applicable under the Operator's licensing framework.
